SureTemp® Thermal Pallet Covers are the most reliable pallet covers that shippers turn to when looking to minimize temperature excursions and maintain cold chain for Air & LTL shipments. Like the SureTemp® Cargo Blanket, we use only the best materials and manufacturing techniques optimized for heavy use and harsh environments.
For the outer shell, we use a heavy-gauge woven polyethylene, heat sealed to a poly coated aluminum foil for ultra-durability. At the core of the blanket we use low conductive synthetic hollow fibers, creating a tough, thermal barrier. This attention to durability and quality, makes the SureTemp® pallet cover a true sustainable alternative and gives shippers the assurance that the blanket’s insulating qualities remain consistent.

How It Works
For the winter, SureTemp® thermal pallet covers work to trap the warmth so the product temperature remains stable and above freezing for longer periods of time. In the summer, the foil layer is optimized to reflect the sunlight and minimize temperature excursions e.g. when a pallet is offloaded from a plane and is sitting on the tarmac. These pallet covers are also ideal for mixed shipments and less than truckload carriers. When only a few pallets need temperature protection, these covers are the ideal solution.

ELITE LINE
Single outer reflective, embossed metalized film with non-woven polyester, and a layer of white PET reinforcement, with woven polyethylene reinforcement and hollow-fiber insulation fill. The fiber fill is available in multiple weights/lofts of 150, 300, or 450 grams/m2.
THERMAL PROTECTION:
Specifically engineered to provide radiant, convection & conduction heat transfer protection from both heat & cold. Provides excellent protection against temperature excursions in extreme ambient temperatures.
DESIGN:
The rugged design of high tensile strength & tear resistance insulation is complete with wide velcro on all four corners for load size adjustments and a tight fit. Velcro corners makes for easy unfolding/folding installation. Also included is a BOL window for shipping documents.
