SureTemp®  Premium Pallet Cover

SureTemp® Insulating Pallet Covers are the most economical pallet covers that shippers turn to when looking to minimize temperature excursions and maintain cold chain for Air & LTL shipments. Like the SureTemp® Cargo Blanket, these pallet covers are constructed of metalized aluminum film, laminated to polyethylene bubbles. The bubbles are filled with air and providing the necessary insulation to protect against temperature excursions.

How It Works

For the winter, SureTemp® pallet covers work to trap the warmth so the product temperature remains stable and above freezing for longer periods of time. In the summer, the foil layer is optimized to reflect the sunlight and minimize temperature excursions e.g. when a pallet is offloaded from a plane and is sitting on the tarmac. These pallet covers are also ideal for mixed shipments, less than truckload carriers, and airfreight forwarders. When only a few pallets need temperature protection, these covers are the ideal disposable solution.

PREMIUM LINE

The SureTemp® Premium-Performance Metalized Pallet Cover is available in both U.S. and Euro pallet sizes. U.S. stock cover heights are 36”, 48”, 60” and 72”. Euro pallet stock heights are 91cm, 122cm, 152cm and 183cm. Protek Pharma Worldwide also manufactures this product in customized sizes. This product can be used separately or combined with other SureTemp® products for additional cold chain protection.

THERMAL PROTECTION:

Specifically engineered to provide radiant, convection & conduction heat transfer protection from both heat & cold. Provides excellent protection against temperature excursions in extreme ambient temperatures.

DESIGN:

Lightweight in construction, this straightforward design is oversized to fit standard sized pallet loads, and is equipped with a specialized “slip-additive” for easy installation.
